Since this fight was made, Ian Nappa lost his title to Jamie McDonald who becomes British and Commonwealth bantamweight champion, beating Ian Nappa on a spilt decision with scores of 115 – 114 McDonald 115 – 114 Napa 117 – 112 McDonald. McDonald could possibly take Napas place?
